New Stuff

What a busy week!  For starters, I've been having painful gas since I started taking Zantac.  I've been keeping Momma and Dad up all night.  If I'm not eating or sleeping, I'm crying.  Momma got the non-flavored Zantac for me but I hate it just as much as the regular kind.  They've decided to take me off the medication for a few days to see if my gas clears up and to see how severe the silent reflux really is.  

To help with the reflux, Momma got a wedge nursing pillow to keep me elevated while I eat. I'm not too keen on it yet.  

She also got a Snuza Go Movement Monitor.  Its different than a regular monitor because it tracks my breathing and alerts Momma if I dont breathe for 15 seconds.  I will be wearing it at night to give Momma extra peace of mind.  

She got both of them from a website called Zulily that has great deals on stuff for moms and babies.  She was able to save even more than if she had ordered through amazon!

Saturday will be my second baby shower, hosted by Grandma Gale.  I'll be meeting a ton of new people, though at this stage of my life, almost everyone is new!

Look at that double chin!  I think I'm 8 lbs now.  Hopefully we'll go to our lactation support group tomorrow so I can get weighed!
